MUSE 218SND/SN is an active ground subwoofer designed to deliver massive low-frequency power for large-scale sound reinforcement, perfectly complementing the MUSE 210L line array system. Ideal for concerts, festivals, and outdoor events, the 218SND offers deep, controlled bass performance with outstanding SPL and headroom, extending the system’s response down to sub-bass frequencies. The enclosure houses two 18” B&C neodymium high-excursion woofers with 4” voice coils, configured in a bass reflex design for maximum output and reduced distortion. Frequency response: 30Hz – preset dependant. Maximum SPL: 148.5dB. Powered by a 4000W RMS Class-D amplifier, the onboard DSP provides 3 selectable presets for phase alignment, delay, EQ, and cardioid configurations. The rear control panel features balanced XLR IN/OUT, a rotary selector with OLED display for DSP settings, and gain control with signal/limiter LEDs.
